With the start of the new year, few changes were introduced to the St Kitts & Nevis Citizenship by Investment Program.
Firstly, The Citizenship by Investment processing unit has released a new C4 form, which is now available for use as the CIU is accepting applications.
Secondly, the unit is enforcing the provision to refuse applicants who have previously been refused and have not subsequently received a visa for a country with whom St Kitts has a visa waiver. Please ensure that applicants are aware of this as it can impact negatively their applications.
Furthermore, a new required document is to be presented by the main applicant who shall, with the exception of his or her spouse, provide a Sworn Affidavit of Support for each dependent over eighteen years old.
Our document checklist has been updated to reflect this requirement. For more information, please contact your Relationship Manager who can provide you with more details and an example of a Sworn Affidavit of Support.
