The application process

The below summarized timeline is based on the required process that should be followed by all applicants for the Citizenship-by-Investment Program in St.Kitts & Nevis.

The procedure follows 6 basic steps, which are dependent on the successful completion of the previous step.

ST. KITTS & NEVIS CITIZENSHIP-BY-INVESTMENT PROGRAM
Month 1	Step 1	File preparation. Issuance of pre-approval letter from Arton Capital. Advisory, government and due diligence fees are due at this stage.
Month 2	Step 2	Citizenship file submission.
Month 3	Step 3	Issuance of "Approved in Principal" letter by the CIU (Government's Citizenship-by-Investment Unit).
Month 3	Step 4	Investment is made in selected option.
Month 4	Step 5	Naturalization certificate is issued.
Month 4	Step 6	Submission of passport application. Issuance of passport.

Yes. St. Kitts & Nevis (St. Christopher & Nevis) Citizenship-by-Investment Program was established in 1984 under the regulations of the 1984 Citizenship Act, Part II, Section 3 (5).
